Source As you know I am currently training for my first half marathon (13.1) miles! Let me tell you sometimes the runs, they kick my booty, especially the longer runs. It still amazes me that I can run 11 miles without stopping...wholly moly! While I run sometimes I NEED music that gets me back into my groove and an extra UMPH.
